• Precise location data (±5 m) — Show live truck position to dispatcher; compliance & safety. Collected every 15 min, even when the app is in the background, after you change status to Available now or Driving Demix load.
• Camera / photos you upload — Proof-of-delivery, damage photos, bill-of-lading scans.
• Chat messages & metadata — Dispatch communication record.
• Device information — To ensure the app works correctly.
• Usage data — Improve stability; aggregated for stats.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Track your location for dispatch purposes
• Communicate with you about your account
• Improve our services

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention & Sharing

• Location history: 12 months.
• Photos & chat logs: 7 years.
• Analytics logs: 1 month.

We share data only with Demix dispatch staff and cloud providers (OVH, Firebase, PostHog, etc.) under strict confidentiality agreements. We never sell or rent your data.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Right to access and receive a copy of your personal information
• Right to rectify or update your personal information
• Right to erase your personal information
• Right to restrict processing of your personal information
